Todd joined Ulrich Ford Lincoln full-time in 1997 and became the dealership’s majority owner and Dealer Principal in 2015. He is passionate about serving the local community by making Ulrich Ford Lincoln the trusted destination for New and Pre-Owned Sales, Parts, Service, and Collision Repair. Todd believes great customer experiences begin with great people, and he enjoys helping employees grow into the best versions of themselves. A proud husband and father of three, he remains committed to continuous improvement, helping lead the dealership to multiple Ford and Lincoln President’s Awards for customer experience.
Chuck’s journey with Ulrich Ford Lincoln began in 1967, and more than five decades later, he’s still helping lead the dealership he proudly calls home. After becoming Dealer Principal in 1985, Chuck transitioned to a minority owner in 2015, with his son Todd, continuing the family’s commitment to serving the community through there ownership and operation of Ulrich Ford Lincoln. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys Kansas City Sports teams, spending time with his wife Marla, their three children, and eleven grandchildren. A lifelong sports fan, he has also built an impressive sports memorabilia collection over the past 40+ years. If you stop by his office, he’d be happy to show you a few of his favorite pieces!
Steve has been a cornerstone of the Ulrich Ford Lincoln Sales Department since joining the team in 2000. Now serving as our Sales Manager, he is passionate about building lasting relationships with both customers and employees while fostering a friendly, no-pressure buying experience. Steve takes pride in helping our sales team ensure every customer finds the right vehicle. Outside of work, he is a proud husband, father of two, and grandparent who values spending time with his family.
Jake joined the Ulrich Ford Lincoln team in 2023 and quickly made an impact. A longtime local, PJ grew up in New Sharon, graduated from Central College, and now lives in Oskaloosa.
