This is a great dealership. I have been helping a local animal rescue organization buy a Ford Transit 350 passenger van. They need this vehicle to transport rescued animals to adoption events all over the state of Missouri. The people at Ulrich have been unbelievably friendly and helpful over the phone, trying to help us put together exactly the van we need. While we were waiting for information on a van they had for sale, another appeared in Platte City, Mo. Great dealership experience! I really enjoyed working with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the dealership. From the greeting at the front desk, to the salesperson, sales manager, and finance manager, everyone was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I wasn't able to afford the level of vehicle I really wanted, but in a year or two when I'm ready I know I'm definitely going to shop at Ulrich Ford. Until then, I'll keep bringing my vehicle in for service there!
